Case Sensitive means that the following userid and password:

Userid: EXAMPLEID
Password: EXAMPLEPASSWORD

is not the same as:

Userid: exampleid
Password: examplepassword

or:

Userid: ExampleId
Password: ExamplePassword

You must enter your password in the same case as you received it from Locum Software.
